Client and Sitter agree to hold the Company harmless from claims arising from the childcare arrangement, except in cases of Company’s gross negligence in screening (to the extent permitted by law). Insurance: Clients are encouraged to verify that Sitters carry appropriate liability insurance if desired. The Company may offer or recommend insurance options but does not guarantee coverage. Emergencies: Sitters must follow Client’s emergency protocols and contact emergency services when necessary. Client should provide clear instructions and contact info.
